Yeah my school was just required to change, although I never did, all you saw were people with no shirt and in their boxers an stuff

We changed and showered at my middle school - it was required. When HS started, it was no longer required, so some guys did, some didn't. You'll find out pretty quick what it's gonna be like!

you'll see guys at least in undrwear. you might see guys naked too if anyone puts on a jockstrap or showers after. if guys don't shower ask your gym teacher if you can. other guys will join you after a while.

if you personally need to shower before you leave the gym and it isnt mandatory, and your worried maybe ask your gym teacher to see if you could leave early... cause i know we can do that here and the gym teachers are fine with it

My first day of PE we had to run a mile, me being pretty big and stuff was pretty hard to do so I had to take a shower...

For JH p.e. hardly anyone showers! But high school if you play a sport, then you'll have to shower.
