Anyway to answer your question, I don't really know. It varies a lot.

different for everyone. I really started to shave often at 15/16

As with just about everything in puberty, there is no set age for anything to happen.

There is an average "range," which I believe is 14-16, that most boys begin to develop some form of facial hair.

Really though, you could have it as early as 12, or as late as 18 or 19. There's no way you can tell, or make it happen any faster or slower.

i started getting facial hair about 15, wasnt much so i didnt have to shave, but i started shaving until i was 16, i dont have to shave much because it doesnt grow out too fast at the moment but its different for everyoner

Well I started growing one when I was 12, but I started puberty pretty early. I would guess most start to get facial hair around age 15.
