NYPD Releases Video of shooting suspect taken down by police.

Ok, you can clearly see this is a busy section of Manhattan, tourists are everywhere, you can see families walking, but the police shoot anyways. I mean, it's not like they have any choice. WARNING: This video contains graphic material, viewer discretion is advised.

Except for the guy who was murdered, all the shooting victims were hit by police bullets. I don't know what could have been done to avoid it though. The guy drew a gun on the police. They had to take him down.

They could have simply practiced as they should have so they would not need to use more than 1 bullet.

Using a gun correctly is a big part of being in the law enforcement. Missing that many times, it's a mystery to me.
