So I understand that sexting is when u distribute inappropriate pictures of someone. My question is that lets say I own a picture of a random naked person without her face in it then I send it to a friend. Nobody could identify who this person is so would that be considered sexting?

I think you're playing with fire here a bit. If it's obvious from the picture that the person in it is underage, even without the face showing to help prove otherwise, you could potentially get yourself in a world of trouble -- the kind you don't want. Better to avoid this entirely, in my opinion anyway.

Yes it is still sexting but why would you send a picture of a random person to someone?

It would be easy to tell that she's underage. You should delete the picture asap. (That is if you haven't sent it already...)

It isn't a smart thing to do, in the least. Regardless of whether there is a face in the picture or not, or whether this person is underage or not, it is still illegal. It is a minor in possession of pornography, and you can be fined, and tried. So just don't.

I sometimes show off what I found, if it's porn.

But how is her face not showing? Is she decapitated or something? As soon as I read this, I thought "Zombie porn!!!"

It's still sexting. Sexting isn't the illegal part of it...it's what you sext.

If it's clearly someone underage you're screwed, sex offenders list for life.
You're most likely underage, in that case you're still screwed. Not a sex offender but you're still going to get fucked up lol maybe not so much by the police and the DA but definitely by your parents.

BTW...you don't have to send it to anyone. Just having it in your possession is illegal. Make sure no one that hates you reports you.

That's an awful thing to do, dont do it. The only thing I accept is if someone sends a naked picture of them where you cant see their face and if theyre underage they shound only send the pics to underage people but in a way that no one else can find them
