Well this is tough because I really like both bands. I've been listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers a lot here lately, so i'll go with them.


Some suggestions I have for future battle of the bands is Weezer vs Foo Fighters, Godsmack vs Disturbed, The Offspring vs Green Day, Linkin Park vs Limp Bizkit and Led Zeppelin vs Def Leppard.

I like some songs by Pearl Jam, but overall I'm not a huge fan. The Peppers however are epic. It's just too bad John Frusciante had to leave again.

I've never really listened to much Pearl Jam, even though Ten is a very good album. The Chili Peppers are one of my favorite bands, though, and while their music can get a bit repetitive when it comes to song structure and dynamics, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, Californication and By the Way are still among my favorite albums.

Major douchebag. Kiedis actually forced a lot of European music festivals back in 1999 to remove Mr. Bungle from the lineup because Kiedis couldn't take a fucking joke.
