How do I come out to my parents? and my p.e teacher is anti gay and knows about me. He constantly makes fun of me for it and a couple times threatened to tell my parents. How do I deal with this?

Tell your principal or whoever is the head of your school immediately! This is abuse and he can be fired for this. It would help if you were out to your parents it would be easier because they could support you, but I understand your situation. It happened to me in middle school. I told my principal and got my P.E. teacher fired. You do not deserve this. How does he make fun of you? I'll try to help you in any way I can. I didn't have any help when I went through this, so I understand completely.

You need to report him to a senior staff member, write a proper letter explaining you awkward issue, and address it to the principal.
Your parents need not know if you request it's handled confidentially.

That.

It breaks student teacher confidentiality if he was to tell your parents. It's also somewhat against the school rules for him to do so. If you told whoever is in charge at school, it can be dealt with quickly. However, if you did actually want to come out to your parents, find a way that's best for you. Writing a letter, sitting them down, getting someone else to tell them etc are all ideas. But, don't do anything you don't feel comfortable with.

He's totally out of line. Tell someone at school like a counsellor.

Your teacher cannot do this tell someone who is in authority over him and they will sort it, but if you feel you are ready to tell your parents then there are many ways to tell them, face to face, write them a letter, its up to you but only do it if you are 100% ready
