Many people also lie because they are insecure. Don't believe all of them. There are some cases of kids who aren't done with puberty having 7-8 inch penises but they are few and far between. You are a good size, don't worry about it.

yeah its genetics, but there is one thing though. its called penis exercising, search it into google. it requires a lot of time but it does work and its not permanent. i gained 1cm in a 2 months, so yeah.
