tomorrow will mark the 5th month without my bestfriend. Her name was Grizzli. We grew up together and she passed away April 25th, 2012. It was a horrific day in my life that i will never forget. While she was leaving this Earth i was at school having a great day. As she took her last breath i was laughing in school. She was a old dog who had some ear problems throughout her life. And she was on the verge of Cancer. I will never forget the way she would comfort me when i was sad or upset. I will never forget the way her greasy hair smelt. She was my best friend and i will never forget her. Since then we have gotten a new puppy who we named after her. Her name is Izzi. When i look At Izzi i see my "Baby Girl(Grizzli)" in her. Even now 5 months down the road i am still feeling the pain of that day. I know she is waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge. She was so Special to me. RIP Grizzli April 25th, 2012 :(

[Lost in the Echo]

I have experienceed almost the same pain you have dude, and I feel for you. This puppy I got from the dog dog shelter named Dusty got hit by a car 6 months after I got him. The good thing is he impregnated one of the female dogs I had and they had puppies, but 2 days after that the father got hit by a car, so I name the one and only boy out of the litter Dusty after his father, and named one of the females Mitsie after another dog after one of our our dogs that got hit by a car. Don't worry bro, you'll get over it sooner or later and move on,I have lost quite a few pets, and I have learned how to cope with it. Just remember the good times man.
