Looks like I made it a year without cutting. I really didn't think I'd make it... but... wow...
I just wanted to take this time for thinking everyone here. This community is amazing, and the love and support has really helped me so much. I don't think I'd get this far without you people <3
I still have a really long way to go. I don't cut anymore but I still scratch and self harm, but the fact I've made it this far without breaking skin is really amazing for me. This is the first step, and it's a huge step. Now I just need to take the next step... and focus on not scratching at all
I think... I think I'm actually proud of myself. It's all weird and tingly to feel proud of myself, especially because I don't remember the last time I actually felt this way about anything I've done.
