For years now I have been getting bullied because I was different. I have been putting up with abuse from my fellow students. It starts with name calling and damaging my property but then when they see it dose not get to me they start getting discreatly physical. I have ashbergers which is a type of autism which makes me behave strangeley from time to time. It is alot less noticable now but I still put up with all their crap. I go to the teachers, I tell my teachers, and even my year head but all they do is have a quiet little word with them on the side lines which dose nothing but encourage them. Then one day in my craft and dezign class I told my teacher, about all of the bullling(for the 8th time) and even he decided he had enough. So the next day he had a word(which turned into a yell) with the class and threatened severe penaliezation to anyone who I pointed out to be giving me a hard time. All I know now is it is 6 months later and I still ave absolutely no problems in my craft class. Now what im wondering why dosent every other teacher do this and what else can I do about it? Bear in mind I have allready told my parents and transfering school is not an option. Allso I cannot just ignore them because then they just get physical. One time I was nearly crippled when one of them tried to push me down the stairwell on the top floor

I don't know how the schools are overseas, but have you gone to the person in charge of the school? If they have done nothing, have you gone to the police? It may seem extreme, but if they are bullying you to the point of almost killing you, then simply telling your teachers isn't enough.

What you need to do is tell someone of higher authority. If your year heads (I'm assuming those are like "deans" of classes like they have in the US), won't do anything, you need to tell someone who will. Maybe the principal of your school, assistant principal, any of the higher administrators.
You don't deserve this, of course, and there really is nothing you can do to stop them if they have began to physically harm you, and your property.
If the people you tell still cannot do anything, you need to notify the police, or, you could tell them and an administrator at the school.
Other than that, there is nothing you can do to stop them.

Well teachers are supposed to be there for you, in america they are. In all the movies they make it seem like bullying is really bad in the UK and Australia. I think your parents need to contact the head of the whole school district (if it is a district, if not then the principal of the school) and the prinicpal should speak with the teachers and other supervisors about bullying. and the prinicpal needs to tell them that teachers shouldn't be the bystanders. Good luck.

Like others have said, go to the headteacher. If they don't do anything maybe try going to the governors of the school - generally the school has to do what the governors say. If that doesn't work... Police and if that doesn't stop them then, I don't know go to the local newspapers? I don't know...
Is transferring schools definitely not an option? It may make your life ALOT easier in the long run, I know it wouldn't be the best option but at least you have a chance of not being bullied.
What about your friends? Do they not stick up for you?
