Just depends really - might deal with it or - I find this works

Change boxers for briefs or briefs for boxers. often just getting out of bed for bit will ease.

all guys our age get erections during the night, many times, from what I've read and had happen...just have to live with them, and if you need to deal with it if it keeps you awake, cause if you do, probably feel better and calmer and be able to sleep better
