Ok, well I'm new to Virtual Teen Forums but have been reading forum threads here for almost a year, so I'm already aware that there are a lot of threads like this one here. I'm basically just posting this for my own curiosity and mainly peace of mind, so here it goes.
I'm 15, almost 16 and to say I'm late starting puberty is an extreme understatement. To put it in perspective for you, legally I can drive (with parent present), but physically I have the body of an 8 year old! I'm 5'1 and look like a child. My penis and balls have not grown a single inch since I was a child, and I have 10 (yes, TEN) small black pubic hairs that I've had for several months, and am very proud of. :rolleyes:
I have NO type of body hair (other than the hair on my head, of course), my arms have no hair besides some small blonde hair that has been there since I was like 1, and my legs are shiney as if they were waxed (they aren't) with absolutely no hair. Also, I'm not from some "hairless genes" family, as my dad is what you might call a "hairy monkey"! :cool:
My armpits are my worst delima because I want armpit hair sooooo bad, and they are absolutely 100% hairless with no signs of any hair coming in anytime soon. :(
I have been masturbating to orgasm for almost 4 years now with no problem, and they have always been dry, that is until recently. If you have pubic hair and ejaculation, yes, you definitely started puberty.

I turned 15 last month, and I'm mostly like you - I don't even have the hair or the ejaculations. It actually look awkward, because I easily wear adult-size clothes, but I've a childish penis, so you aren't alone in this situation.

What you need to do is to ask your doctor; he'll have your hormones level tested. It is possible your body doesn't produce enough. Even if he says "you are normal", at least you'll definitely know nothing is wrong with you!

They take a blood sample, so nothing terrible. You'll also be checked physically, to see how developed your genitals are, but again, nothing exceptional.

Well I know 2 guys who used to be much shorter than me, but since they took zinc and did some injections of hormones I guess they become much taller than me and have really a lot of beard...:S However, I'm against of those "techniques"...

You're not alone - I know a couple of guys like you. The one did have his hormones checked like the other poster said, and there was some imbalance or something, and he's been getting shots for about 6 months now. And yeah, everything changed! So that is good advice - the only other potentially embarrassing thing is having your parents involved in the process...

Yeah, my parents wait in the waiting room every time I go to the doctor anyway, even when I'm just at my Migraine headache doctor. Once I turned 13 they said I need my "privacy with the doc".
I'm just concerned about having to explain it so they will make an appointment for me and take me to the appointment.

I look identical to how I looked in fourth grade with the exception that I've grown 2 inches!!

Yeah, I would talk to the doctor. At almost 16, I think that's the age where they can kick start puberty artificially. And don't sweat the hair thing, armpit hair is more trouble than it's worth. :(

It's a simple blood test. What happened with me was my pituitary gland was just acting a little sluggish. I did a few hormone injections and it jump started everything and everything turned out normal.

My doctor also checked for klinefelter syndrome (just in case) because I had really long arms lol a bit disproportionate to my overall body size. I also had extremely small testicles. This is like the worse case scenario...most likely you're just the run of the mill late bloomer. You can cum! Which is what my problem was. So you seem right on time to me. Things should start picking up soon

My older brother (16) has only just started puberty like you, with a few hairs either side of his dick. Here though, the doctors would not do anything to start his puberty quicker. They will not do anything until he reached the age of 18, THEN, they would have given him treatment.

I think you will be surprised at how many boys do not start till 15 or 16 years of age, its just that they dont go bragging about it like boys who start at 9 or 10.

Body hair is honestly the thing that takes the longest to appear in puberty, so if it isn't prominent now, it will be soon :) And tbh, it's not as great as everyone says it is. It's mostly annoying.

Just an update for everybody.
In the past six months since I started this thread:
-I have grown much more pubic hair
-I jizz white real jizz now
-I now squirt jizz up to my chin (I actually miss the days of dry orgasms!)
-My voice has lowered octaves to a Tenor 2 - Baritone range
-I am now 5'5
-And best of all (though not really related).......I now have my drivers license!!

Sadly, I still have no armpit hair at all and very little leg hair. :(

One, there is nothing wrong with you... Two, look on the bright side, the later you start puberty the longer you CAN live (common sense because you are aging slower). Three, armpit hair is nothing fancy. It just gets sweaty while you are playing sports or even just sitting somewhere that is warm, so don't worry about that at all. I have a friend that is 16 turning 17 in June, and has very little leg hair and he doesn't shave either. There is nothing to worry about. Same thing with the pubic hair, it is not fun! You can ask anyone on here and they are always asking whether people like them shaved or trimmed, most don't like a "jungle" down there. I personally like mine shaved so I wish I was like you and didn't have to worry about them. Now onto the voice... Yes, it might be embarrassing to you, but you shouldn't worry. I am sure that you have might a full grown man with a pretty high voice somewhere in your life, and they are probably living up to their highest potential. But soon your voice will drop, your hair will grow all over (and you will most likely hate it! :D). Oh yeah, forgot to talk about your penis size. Think of this, right now you are most likely just starting puberty, just going slow. To measure up to what the average male is... The average male penis is 5-6 inches hard. I don't know what your length is now, but you men tend to stop growing down there when they are about 23 years old. Just remember to go with the flow, and let yourself grow (BOOM! that rhyme). I Have A Friend Who Is The Same Situation 15 (Almost 16) No Pubes, High Voice, No Armpit Hair Etc. Its The Genetics Of The Family. Late Puberty Is In The Genes :D

Don't worry man. I'm 13 I have a fairly amount of pubes but no arm hair, some arm pit hair, or leg hair. When I masturbate semen comes out. But my voice isn't changed. I sound a little different then I did in my voicemail I recorded two years ago but rarely a change. Don't feel bad man. It will happen eventually. And when it does you will be very happy and sad because puberty is not all it's cracked up to be in my opinion. Mood swings, acne (I hate it so much), voice cracks, and much more side affects. It's really not a big deal just be happy that your different and not like everyone else. And yes you have started puberty your just in the first stages like me :). Hope I helped.
