Im trying to build more muscle on my biceps I'm really skinny but I run and play tennis so my thighs and leg muscle are very outline which is cool lol so I have been doing push ups. today I did 60 (30-10-10-10) which is great I usually do sets of 10 I have also noticed big increase on my upper arms but I'm still skinny. Is this a good daily work out or should I add more?
I'm 14, 5'8 and about 118 pounds give or take

Same im super skinny and trying to work out more but u should probaly increase ur workout because itll take forever at ur rate. Try increasing ur amount of push ups by 1-5 each day so ull gradually build up more muscle. also lifting weights helps.

eat more meat, and less sugar foods, get some weights or something heavy, and hold them out away from your body, and lift them and stuff.. it uses your arm muscles and pecks so youll bulk up better

1. EAT EAT EAT like you can't anymore haha. But only non-processed foods or as little processed as possible.
2. Why are you doing push ups for Bi's? Pushups will build chest, some delts, and thats about it. For Biceps you need to do curls, underhand-only back exercises and pull ups.

You gain muscle by "breaking" it, then repairing it. Make sure that in your push up exercise to a maximum amount of push ups that you can do at the end to break the muscle. Also, its quality not quantity. Try doing harder push ups, for example, when you are touching the floor, stay in that position for 10 seconds then raise up again. Also, don't drink isotonic drinks such as powerade, Drink milk. Milk works better and faster than isotonic drinks.

Holding a push up for that long of a stretch like any other exercise can easily damage and hurt yourself. So do not do that. Isotonic drinks are not meant to build muscle and serve better than milk for energy so that is simply comparing to completely un-relate able things.

Do simple bicep or hammer curls. They work fine :P

True, to expand on that. Try doing Alternating Hammer and non-alternate seated or standing regular curls.
Do not worry about barbells right now only use dumbbells and always do Hammer curls + one other exercise.

Well I'm in the USA but your 7kg = 15 lbs.
I normally do like 12kg or 14kg (25 or 30 lbs.)
Some people I know do more weight but have horrible form and make less gains than I do. Many pro body builders only use the weight I use or a little more for regular training during off season or pre contest. Lifts are never about the weight only about the mind-muscle connection and form.

I agree with that 100%
You seem expert.
Besides the weight gain needs more input(protien food,....)than out put(burn through exercise,...)
