methods of coming out

does anybody have any methods they suggest for me to come out to my parents. Honestly, i am terrified, but i can't hold it in any longer.

I personally wrote my parents a letter, that worked for me because I don't like talking. That and it's easier to get out everything you need to using that method.

I wrote a thread about coming out and it includes different ways to approach it and some things to keep in mind. The thread is also filled with responses that people have given telling their coming out stories and how they went about doing it. When I told my parents I found it to be easier to just say it and then let the conversation go from there. Everyone has their own way of doing things, and you certainly don't need to do something that you are not comfortable with; but that's what worked for me.
