Okay, it's probably all just nothing, but I'm a little worried nonetheless.
First of all, please do not judge me by what I am about to tell you. All I need is your opinion on what I think, not your judgement on my eating disorder.

Ketoacidosis is "high levels of acids that build up in the blood (known as ketones) caused by the body burning fat (instead of sugar and carbohydrates) to get energy. It can be a result of starvation, excessive purging, dehydration, hyperglycemia and/or alcohol abuse (it can also be a result of uncontrolled or untreated diabetes). It can lead to coma and death."
I have been starving myself for a while now, as well as doing lots of catabolic exercise. Since my body usually doesn't have sugar and carbohydrates to use as energy- I rarely take in more than 600 calories in a day, almost all of it low-GI- and I have been taking diet pills with raspberry ketones as one of the main active ingredients, I'm starting to worry that I may be developing ketoacidosis. I can't really tell if my breath smells the way it would if I did have it, but I have been experiencing:
Almost constant thirst and a very dry mouth
Frequent urination
Constantly feeling tired
Flushed skin
Nausea and abdominal pain
A hard time breathing (short, deep breaths)
A hard time paying attention.

I'm pretty scared. Any comments?

This is probably not just nothing. Ketoacidosis is potentially very serious and you have mony of the symptoms. The firs thing you should try is correcting your diet. Eat a normal amount of calories, including a normal amount of carbohydrates, and drink plenty of water. Stop taking the diet pills and excersise less. This may correct the problem. If this doesn't help, or if you are unable to do this, see your doctor as soon as possible. If untreated, ketoacidosis can lead to death.

You should also get treatment for your eating disorder. It's not healthy and it is the probable cause of your ketoacidosis. Your doctor will be able to help you, but only if you let yourself be helped.

Rarely take in more than 600 calories
!
Anyone living off that much should be hospitalized.
My advice: Eat more.
It won't be easy to gradually return to a regular diet. Tommorow eat a little more. Even if you aren't hungry.
Pretty sure it isn't keto-whatever.
Those little symptoms of yours are because you aren't eating.

I'd personally say to drink Gatorade half the time you're thirsty and water the other half. The electrolytes and vitamins that Gatorade has is extremely good for the body, keeps it well hydrated.

If you can't eat more than 600 calories per day, you should definitely talk to a therapist or psychiatrist. To recover from an eating disorder alone is next to impossible. You need other people to help you.

You should talk to your doctor as soon as possible and get a referral to a psychiatrist or psychologist, as well as get the tests for ketoacidosis. Whether you have it or not, you still need treatment.

Yeps, i reed bewks and it turns out that those little symptoms of yours are diabetes and ketoacidosis, complications include loss of awareness, numbed sences, heart attacks, kidney failure, SEVERE BRAIN DAMAGE, coma and D3A7H.
Don't worry though, all that stuff won't happen if you go see a doctor or maybe the EM. As long as the white coats get to you before the scythe of hell does.
