My niece and I are really close, and shes 13, Im 16... were like brother and sister and I love her like a sister and treat her one and I love her like a niece too. We both agree we are like siblings and all... but is it wrong we are that close and are like siblings?

Why would it be wrong? A sense of family and kinship is fine so long as it's appropriate in regards of connection. You're close in age, she's the child of your sibling, you're related, you share blood, perfectly fine to see her as a sibling.
Now if you saw her as a mother figure to you, something probably isn't right.

I have two cousins that are brother and sister he is 12 a year younger than me and she is 8. On top of that I have an older sister (17) and a younger sister (6) and all 5 of us get along reallly well. I get along the best with my guy cousin and we all look like we could be siblings and we see each other a lot and my sisters and I feel as close to our cousins as we do to each other. I think that it depends on how close your family is. If you see your cousins often like I do then it's perfectly normal to feel really close to them. It's not wrong at all and it's really nice :)

Jess put it very simply. Nothing wrong with loving family in a family loving way. If it became very obsessive and started going inappropriate or weird then it might be something to worry about.
However, like you said she is a niece yet you love her like a sister, nothing wrong with that. It just means you two are really close and have a special bond together.
You have nothing to worry about :) :yeah:

It's not wrong at all! It's like with very close friends, you can almost feel like you're siblings! It's good to have that bond, where you feel like you're so closely related to a good friend, and you actually are related to them!
