How do I live with it?

I dont wanna go into much detail here... but some things happened 13 years ago... No one told me except for a few things until I asked this year. And my dad of all people should of told me most of the things I found out but he didnt tell me anything! I know its not it hurts him to much to... but I did find it all out and now it feels like this thing happened a short while ago but its been 13 years. And just trying to comprehend that... and live with that it happened know what I do know its getting to me, I had a freaking break down twice cause of it.... I dont know what to do.

Try 2 remember it was a long time ago and nothing u can do about it. Sometimes telling people helps relieve the pain.
