Just bring it up cautiously with her. If you tell her about your own experiences with self harm (if you're comfortable talking about it) then she might feel more willing to open up and accept the fact that you know. Most of the people that found out about me were because of signs which sucks because you think you're hiding it well but you're actually not but after the initial shock and maybe anger if she gets like that has passed I'm sure she would appreciate the support. Just ask her what she'd like to happen, be there for her. Encourage her to get help if you think she needs it but just be someone she can trust and count on.
You're not supposed to know but I don't think that's a legit reason to not say anything. If you just leave her be without trying to help, well, in my mind just telling her that you know so as not to lie to her would be enough. At least she'd know so she could seek help from you if she needs it.

These things are always difficult - maybe you could come right out and say to here - or with other freinds there just try and mention --
I hope all goes well but you have to be careful for yourself -- triggers and the like.

Connor, I think you should talk to her. Face to face, go up to her and say you know from just the signs. Let her know you want to help her and you are there whenever she needs to talk. Tell her she is not alone in this. From then on I guess it's her choice if whether to use the help or not :/ also if you are close to her hugs are always good too!:)

Tell her " You know babe you should just stop "
its not quite that easy. its an addiction.
back on on your question. hmm since you cut too you should tell and she'll probly open up to you and if not just tell her that you know she cuts and that you'll support her. good luck
