wait, you guys aren't late, just overanxious! Ejaculation doesn't necessarily occur until your 15 or so, so you're both 'normal'. Give it time, these things take time!

Maybe it's better this way! It's a real pain to have to clean up semen every time you masturbate! I had this kind of problem, but in reverse. I started ejaculating at about 12 (when I just turned twelve) and I was worried that I had started too early. But everyone's different I guess. Now, at 15, I kinda wish I didn't have to deal with it, but for some reason it "feels better" when I masturbate now that I can ejaculate...

Although when i was 11 or 12 and first started masturbating, i found it hard to keep an orgasm without my body furiously contorting on me. After being able to ejaculate, it isn't as bad anymore.

maybe you are ejaculating it might not be the clear pearly whiteness of a grown mans sperm and a clear substancem if thats the case, you are still ejaculating if not, its still normal

totally normal. i masturbated for about a year before i could cum when i was 12. now a year or so later it can be annoying having to clean up the mess everytime i cum.

If you don't want to clean up after your mess, get a piece of tissue and make a hole right in the middle. Then put your "friend" inside and start the job! When you ejeculate, the cum goes onto the tissue and it's easier to clean away! :D
