My only 'that's strange..' thought would be how he would manage to keep his manbits from slipping out, as most female underwear lacks the most space to comfortably keep such things.

Why should it matter to any one else what you wear is it hurting them? No so if you like wearing girls pants then in my mind you should. I have been wearing them for two years now love them so much better than boys underwear :)

I wouldn't wear a girl's but I do wear low rise briefs (aka micro briefs). They have enough room to keep boys bits safe so if you are a boy just buy the boy version, and they're shaped better to suit boy's hips etc.
