I really screwed up... I dont wanna go into detail... but I basically worked it out long ago, but I cant let go for what happened who it hurt and everything. It wasnt my fault, but still and its not eating away at me! I want it to stop, the flashbacks and everything! :(

Ahh letting go of the past. An art I've yet to master...

If you think your hurt people, try to apologize. It's never too late to make amends with those you've hurt. Try occupying your mind with other things. Books, writing, music, videogames, anything that will keep you busy to keep your mind off the thing you think you did. And, this is wayyy easier said then done, but try to relax. Do relaxing things, which can be the same things I mentioned earlier.

Writing for me helps tons, especially with flashbacks. Once I was having a flashback episode thingy in biology class, grabbed a pen, and managed to finish my work, however my entire paper was filled with notes to myself. I kept writing things like "Just don't think about it" and let my body just pour the emotion into the paper. It would've been really creepy for anyone to see, but it kept me from having a massive break-down in class. By the time I was done writing those notes, the flashback and the emotions that came with it had run it's course, so maybe that'd help a bit?

Ive apologized when it happened and so many times after! I do occupy myself alot... but the thouhgs of it can be triggered so easily! And I try to relax... its not something easy for me to do :/ I could giving the writing thing a shot too... I though bout it earlier actually, just came to mind.

Writing has always helped me as well. Especially with the stuff that never quite seems to go away. Like you think you are over it and all of a sudden its like its happening again....

Anyways, I would give writing a shot, or focus on the activities that don't trigger you and help you to relax or help to take your mind off it, whatever happened. You just have to remember that you apologized for whatever it was and did what you could to remedy the situation, or at least it seems that way to me, and its gone and past now. Staying in the present and relaxed is no easy thing, but try and hang in there anyways. I wish you all the best :)

Yes, I've found crying does help too. It lets out some of the tension and keeps some emotions from getting all bottled up. I'm glad you've found some things that help you :)
