Your semen is clear because you aren't producing as much sperm as somebody further into puberty is. Semen appears to be white later on in puberty into adulthood because it's more viscous (has more viscosity) than it did when you were younger or earlier on in development. Viscosity is the state of being thick, sticky, and semifluid in consistency. The more viscous your semen is, the whiter it will appear to be because it is thicker than the otherwise clear, and more watery semen.
