Laptop Screen

I am getting a 14 inch laptop which comes with a 1366x768 screen or I can pay £60.00 extra for a 1600 x 900 screen. Would it be worth paying to upgrade the screen? and what would the benefits be?

there wouldnt be many benefits, since 720p HD movies would still stretch out on both resolutions, and both of them are too small for 1080p. I'd suggest not going for the upgrade. You may find your desktop seeming too large. If you want to know how a big resolution feels like, a good idea would be to try out a small iMac in an Apple retailer. Also, if you play games in that resolution, it would be slower than playing the same game in the lower resolution. I'm all for 1366x768 here.
