Even when you've beaten it, does anyone else get bouts of depression.

Where you're already on medication and yet every now and then a bout of the anxiety or depression you used to feel happens, maybe for a few minutes, maybe for a few hours, a day, a week?

Or am I alone in feeling this.

I keep asking this and no one ever replies lol... Probably my fifth thread attempt in the past half year lol...

I've basically beaten it with medication, but every now and then I have a day where I feel fairly sad. Not as bad as when I was depressed, but similar. I also still have some problems with anxiety, but the medication helps with that as well.

No You are not alone I am on meds for anxiety and panic - but I also get therapy.

It can be difficult for others to answer such questions - you are not being ignored as such look at the views your threads have had.

Maybe the best way to get an answer is to write a shorter more direct question.
you can also post up a thread with how you are or feel geneerally.

I can have short say 1- 2 hours off my anxiety and then often the meds work and all is ok.

I do find things are very hard - and yes its a struggle to answer here as it may pull me back down - I often see maybe Tv or newspaper items that refer to anxiety or depression and feel yikes this is affecting me.

I hope you can feel better and maybe you can check with your doc about meds or get soemthing to take when things get worse -

Don't be depressed about the things that you have no control over. Learn to appreciate the things in life that bring you joy and work on the areas that you don't like. Just remember that nobody's life in perfect.

That's probably the best and smartest response I've gotten.

Thanks for replying, I don't feel like I'm being ignored not a problem I just keep remaking the thread whenever it dies in hopes that someone eventually stumbles upon it and has an answer, now that I've gotten one then this'll be the last repetitive thread I make in regards to it :).

But thanks to everyone everything you all contributed really helps :). As much as it's just sadistic sounding to be happy to hear other people are going through this, it's really just at least helpful to know you're not alone in feeling it.

But I feel like if I remember what you said MattyLaP more whenever it happens and even just in general that's a huge help, I think that part of it is that I just stress too much over the things I can't even change in reality. It's not healthy for me or anyone else, so why bother :).

But thanks for the replies. Anyone else feel free if you have any other input I'll be sure to read and reply :).
