me and my friend want to lose weight any tips and suggestions?
im 6'2" and 85-95kg and would love a set of abs and to be fit
my friend is a little shorter and about the same weight.... but has more muscle weight
we want to start this Wednesday the 23rd of the 8th
i will put up results weekly if anyone wants to know

Don't do splits (eg leg day, then arm day, then ab day) because then it's too easy to just skip working a body part that you don't like. Also it gives you too long to recover.
If you want to get rid of fat really quickly, try lactic acid training. It hurts like a motherfucker, but it gets the job done.
And don't get impatient! It's not going to happen overnight, just remember that.

do splits, how can it be too long to recover? if u dont take the time to recover ur progress can be horribly deminished compared to others i do every body part once a week. but u do have to do every body part and not miss a workout, if u miss one u make it up in the next workout and push all ur schedule a day back.

Tuesday - Shoulder and Legs
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Chest and Biceps
Friday - Cardio and Abs
Sunday - Back and Triceps
That is my routine and has built me some good muscle and very low body fat percentage. That is also probably what you should be doing and it will work fine but switching around days is also ok. Those are the best combo's to do as well just to let you know.

abs are made in the kitchen. so cardio and eating right. water is very important, it keeps you feeling full.
