Are they into you?

I was reading an article about 101 things to look for, to know if a GIRL is into you. If you havent guessed... i'm a guy.
Some things that really got me thinking if its true are the following.
-Are girls constantly sarcastically mean because they are either slightly or interesed in the guy? I understand its a broad assumption, but still.
-If you ask a girl out is there a higher chance that she will say yes? To clarify, i dont mean walk up to a random chick and ask to go out. I mean, if you are friends, you say hi at school/work etc.. talk sometimes.
-Do girls really care about size of penis? Like honestly... Guys don't care about tits, i mean if a girl has them, they are instantly more attractive. But its just a bonus.
-If a guy and a girl are talking.. how do girls try and 'flirt' with the guy? i.e playing with her hair etc..

girls are just as nervous about you, as you are of them, just treat her like a friend and dont act stupid, take your time, let her get to trust you, read her little subtle hints, (they rarely tell you what they really think), if a girl doesnt like you because of your penis size...is she really worth being with?, im mean you hit it on the head with the breast size thing, and your last questin: her eyes perk up, she might start to act nervous(shaking, a lot of movement or completely freezes up), smiles at you (if she's sociable) or avoids eye contact (if she is the shy type), toys with her hair, hope this helps!

im just wondering in general.
Im a bit weird to myself... < that makes no sense. But wat i mean is.
I have a massive interest in reading people and understanding conversations. I'd like to further my 'skills' and understand better. Also, i would like to know some answers about women.
The whole penis thing has no personal qualities.. just wondering.

Now this is it the most important.
There is this chick who isn't to attractive, shes popular but unpopular (hangs with 'cool' kids but they don't like her to much) shes a new girl since the start of this year at school.
It was weird, we dont usually talk, but i was sitting down at a table reading over some notes. She randomly came over and started talking to me about... well we had a test in an hour so about that.
Then i started watching her.. she was playing with her hair ALOT, she was really focused in what i was saying, she was smiling when she found it hard to express wat she wanted to say (nerves i guess).
She never ever comes to talk to me... it was weird. then these other girls in my year were like '(insert girls name) and Jared getting it on' this chick was sitting with me just ignored them and kept on talking.
then when she left she said 'i should go, i need to go pee before the test'
but she's a conservative girl.
I was so taken aback hahah, i do wat i normally do.. ask lots of questions about HER, act like im listening and dont give a shit. laugh when she gives tiny hints of happiness and always keep the convo running.

Oh, i forgot to add.
Im attracted to her because a week ago i figured out about my self, i look women who have power, no not julia gillard or hilary clinton. girls who are assertive and are the 'men' in the relationship. im not one for a team leader.
