That's most likely precum (pre-ejaculatory fluid), it's a perfectly normal thing and a lot of people get it before they finish. Some people get it and others don't, either way it's nothing to worry about.

The colour/consistency of precum will depend on its contents. If, for example, you'd masturbated previously in that day then it's most likely going to contain a little semen that was still in your penis and will therefore be thicker/whiter than if you hadn't masturbated recently beforehand. Again though, either way it's still normal and nothing to worry about. Everyone is different in that regard.

Precum is generally clear, but can be white if you have masturbated recently and still have semen in your urethra. Both clear or white are normal.
