Most likely. The colour and consistency of your semen is based on your diet. I'm not entirely sure if the colour is effected by the actual amount of sperm in the semen but that could have an effect, I do know that it effects the consistency. If you're masturbated a lot then there's going to be less semen/sperm each time and therefore the colour/consistency will change each time. I don't know if you're actually reaching orgasm or not. It depends on that to know what exactly is coming out.

If you're having an orgasm and what looks like precum comes out then it's probably semen. You may be in the early stages of puberty or perhaps you haven't yet started to produce large amounts of sperm, which I think plays a part in the colour of your semen. So give it time and it should become thicker/whiter.
