Long foreskin

When flaccid my firmer skin sticks out about two centimetres for the end of my gland head.
Then when I pee, the urine just dribbles out instead on n a constant stream. It seems it build up a bit in that bit of foreskin and olny when I touch it does the build up go and it comes out in a constant stream

Is this normal or does it requuire something (circumcision)?

what if you pulled your foreskin back to pee like what i do as i had that problem when i was younger (and still do to an extent). there will be nothing blocking the stream if you do that.

Its normal....When u pee and have sex just pull foreskin back as possible.....

2cm isn't a particularly long foreskin, I would say that is relatively normal for an uncircumcised guy (unless I've been with a very strange range of people) so that shouldn't be a concern for you really. If you don't retract your foreskin when you go to the bathroom then it's inevitably going to dribble out of your foreskin because it's in the way, personally I tend to not bother retracting because there's little point but some people prefer to do that.

I can only suggest that you see your Doctor = not easy I know for most guys but I would say you should -

circumsision is one thing but there are several types - not all the foreskin would be removed they can reduce the length a bit -- but see your doc. he will advise and if you dont want an op then no one will force you.

Pull it back when you piss, or if you don't want to do that, give the excess foreskin a tug to straighten it out beforehand.

Dont worry its normal to either have a long foreskin or a short one. I love my foreskin and I would never have it cut, i cant even think about not having it haha personally I love to pay my skin? Anyway, my skin used t be a little tight but with regular pulling back, the skin slowly adapts to the penis, and now I can pull it all the way back when I have a boner. When you take a piss you should pull it even just for the pee to come out. I hope this helps and whatever you do make ccutting your skin the last last option.

I agree getting cut would be a last option for me. I am also uncut and I do pull the skin back to pee or have sex.
