Hi.
Anywhom, three band members was sentenced Hooliganism in my homeland by having a Anti-Putin "prayer protest" in a Orthodox church. It has really put knuckle-to-knuckle with the Conserves and Progresses in Russia, and it is quite similar to the Chick-Fil-A problem here in the U.S in terms of causing up a stir.
So? What do you think?
Personally, I say that they should be let go. Sure, It was a little rude, but they should be able to speak there minds, especially against such a tyrant as Putin. (Trust me, I had to live with under him for about 2 years! *sigh*)

Let them go. This is hilarious (like the title) and they're making a stand for a cause.

They're just the Sex pistols gone Russian IMO (Ok there's more to it than that) but they have a genuine point, I may not listen to they're music but I support they're campaign because I don't like Putin and something needs to change in Russia...

They were just using their free speech. They didn't really do anything wrong. They might have been a bit rude protesting is a church, but it shouldn't be a crime.

They wanted tp publicise a cause = ending up in jail further acheived that aim
I think they wanted to get jailed to publicise their cause.

Because they are against him and insulted him as well.
Russia isn't much different than the Soviet Union.
Not even going to take this serious.
Anyway, from what I've heard one of them also was arrested once because she started masturbating in the supermarket with a chicken leg, another one was arrested once because she started stripping with her boyfriend in the middle of a museum and started having public sex.
Not sure if these are true, just want to say: Don't look and believe just mainstream (western) media, the US government doesn't like Putin.

The only difference is their freaking political power. It's the opposite there, but still acts similar to the Soviet Union. But really don't believe the US media, agree there. They say you need a total of 1/2 gallon of water a day. Ridiculous.

Nope, There arrested for what they say they did. Russia is some-what known as a "Leave Alone Dictatorship" Where as long you do not say anything bad about the government (Or Religion) they really do not care how you protest as long as it is peaceful.
Heh, really? Putin is not much different from Dubya in a lot of cases XD But I could also see why they would hate him, as well.
