So today my mom was having a party and she got drunk and started acting funny and i caught her trying a cigarette, she told me she would never smoke and i ran in inside and cut myself and i feel horrible what should i do

People do fucked up things when they're drunk, it's human nature. The only thing you can do is talk to her when she's sober, there isn't much point self harming because of that - but you probably already know that and so I won't lecture you. If you try talking to her while she's drunk she won't take you seriously, trust me, been there done that. You'll probably get more upset talking to her when she's drunk anyways, which obviously isn't good. It was a party, and so I doubt things like this are going to happen again, but if you can prevent it that's even better.
