Ok, so this has been bothering me for quite some time, when I masturbate for a long time while looking for good porn or something to get off to, I get pre-cum and it makes me get soft and it's hard to get a boner again. I assume this is because I'm a " dry guy " because when I try to m-bate using lotion I can't ejaculate because it tickles to much. Also after I cum, the semen goes all over and around my penis and sometimes it gets sore. Do any of you have this problem?

Are you circumcised or uncircumcised? That could explain why you can't masturbate with lubrication, uncircumcised guys have much more sensitive glans - sometimes to the point that it's painful to touch. Getting precum is a perfectly normal thing, some people get it and some people don't. It doesn't really serve any purpose any more, in the past it was the body's way of lubricating for sex.

When you ejaculate if you continue to masturbate for even a short time then the semen is going to spread because you're continuing to move your penis. If you're not continuing to masturbate then I've got no idea what you're talking about.

maybe its the feeling of the pre cum that gets sticky so it does not feel good.

Perhaps you are not aroused enough, or you have spent to long masturbating as you say "when === a long time"

You can lose the feeling so maybe masturbate and orgasm then if you want start again.

maybe when you say sore it is because
Immediately after ejaculation the male prostate sends a signal
to the pituitary gland which releases Prolactin.

This makes the glans of penis excruitiatingly sensitive
and kills erection until the Prolactin is broken down by an enzyme.
The length of time to do this is the Refractory Period and varies
in different men.

Btw i'm circumcised.

Oh, that throws out my idea of being incredibly sensitive then.
If that's the case then I'm not sure why you can't masturbate with lubrication, sorry :(
