I like someone so badly, but how do I make him ask me out?

i have this guy at the dining place i work part time, and i think im so into him. the problem is i just couldnt have the courage to ask him out, even on a friendly date. what do you guys think i should do? is there a tip or a method out there that can help me out or at least soften the blow?

They best way to make it a little easier in my opinion is just do it quick. Like a band aid, rip it off and get it over with. Just the next time you see him straight up say "Hey, I really like you, do you wanna go out" or something in that nature. The worst that can happen is he can reject you. He won't hate you for it or anything. Just do it.

I like what he said, it's a simple way and straight way , so u should try it

If you are too shy or nervous about it, just write him a little note and give it to him just saying something simple like 'would you like to go out to dinner with me' or something. You never know he might be in the same situation as you and trying to pluck up the courage to ask you :P no harm in asking

Think about it this way; How would you know what's on the other side of the mountain unless you climb over it?(And don't answer" Ask someone else who went there what is there" XD) I know it's a BIG risk to ask him out, but if you never ask him you will never know what will happen.
