Hey. I was wondering if it is wrong to chat with a girl online, and then turn on your webcams and let eachother see ur private parts? I don't wanna be doing anything illegal, so I figured I would ask first. Is this a normal part of puberty?

probably not a good idea. hormaones make you do funny things in puberty, i would say its normal in terms of wanting to see eachother naked or partly naked but webcam probably isn't an ideal way of doing that. i'm not sure about the legal side of things.

Webcamming isn't a normal part of puberty. It's underage child porn and it is illegal. Don't ever do something like that.
