The thing with lube it is more sensative so go easy

I think it does. It puts a lot less friction and resistance upon penetration. I remember how my boyfriend and I both had our first sex. both of us are virgins but know about using condoms. He had such a hard time getting in me without lube, and we just gave up on that after he somehow managed to shove it all the way into me. but yeah, lube, even if only to reduce friction, makes sex better.

Liquid soap works great, you don't need much. And it makes clean up a lot easier.

I find at first lube helps get me going fast but eventually it starts to ruin it for me and I pretty much all sensitivity to where its a s sensitive as the bottom of my feet. and it causes my skin down there to become like rubber. I made my own lube form stuff here at the house. It is made by: lotion and vitamin e oil mixed together heat it for10-15 sec or how warm you what it. It fells sooo good!
