Hello, I'm 13 and I'm wondering if my penis length is normal or not. I made sure to measure correctly, from the top of the penis, not the side.

Anyways the measurement is 7 inches erect, is this average, above, or small?

7" is above the average size for a fully developed adult, and at 13 it's definitely larger than you'd expect.
