I recently got back from a 5 day trip in Arizona. About 3 days ago I noticed I had painful bumps around the entrance of my vagina. They're different sizes and shapes. Most of them are round and small but one of them is oval shaped and much larger. They a gray with a purple ring around them. They hurt reeeeally badly!!! At the place where I was staying in az, they use well water. Lately they've had a lot of problems with it because of high iron and mineral counts. So what I'm wondering is, is it possible that I have an STD or STI or could it just be from the water that I was bathing in?

Read the section on STI/STDs from this thread here - scroll down till you find it. (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=89514) If that doesn't help you, I'd advise seeing a GP.

Should've thought about it before you did it....if you didn't do it, I dunno how you can have a/an STD.

It cannot be an std if you didn't have sex of any kind. It's possible that it could just be from te higher mineral count, but see a doctor soon.

Not exactly true... I'm a virgin and i've been diagnosed with an STD.
However, that doesn't really sound like Herpes, so i'm not sure. Do you have any rashes in the vaginal area?

I do have a little bit of a rash but it's higher on my vagina. It's also a little itchy. It's insanely painful and swollen and I can barely walk.

Thats true you can get STD's and be a virgin... but I dont think you got one, It could be from the water and something in it is reacting with your skin badly. Best bet... see a doctor to be safe. Either way it cant hurt to, STD or not it sounds like your in alot of pain and its not doing to well.
