Favorite thing about writing?

As the title says, whats your favorite thing about writing?

Mine is getting out my problems without putting it on others where they have to feel sorry for me. Another thing completely leaving this world, especially when its rotten to me, and making my own world i can "visit" and mess with fake peoples lives! haha :evil2:

For a moment i'm not me, I'm not living my life and worrying about my problems - I'm my characters, I'm in this little world I created. That way I can free my mind... It provides me with a feeling of freedom, that's why I like it.

I often write down all my worries as a letter to a n imaginary person


then rip it up and with each little rip I try and get over the worry.

I can sometimes write about imaginary people who maybe had to live like me in foster care

writing for me is a passport for my spirit to travel to literally anywhere and anytime. when i feel cold and alone i begin to write and i am no longer in the shadows of reality, i am off in a world where anything is possible and the grass is the purest shade of green and the waters crystal clear, and i forget about my problems of the day :)
