Finding a girlfriend

I'm sure lots of people ask this and talk about it all the time, but I just want to know what people think..

I'm 16 now, and I've never really had a proper girlfriend (I'm still a virgin).
I mean I've had little things when I was like 12; but I don't think that really counts.
I'm just a bit worried because a lot of my friends are in long term relationships/have things with people and I just feel a bit left behind.
This girl (who I won't name for obvious reasons) kinda asked me out the other day, and she is really sweet and nice, but I didn't really know what to do. I don't really know what it feels like to fancy anyone anymore.. Like I don't know how to handle a relationship situation, so I just called it all off.

I'd be really happy if anyone had any advice/experience they could share, guys or girls if you've been in the same situation.

Okay if she asked you out, go on a couple dates with her! After a couple dates you will find out if you are starting to have feelings for her or not. If you do then become boyfriend and girlfriend, and if you don't, then you know that it's best to go on dates with girls before instead of making a commitment!

And also i feel guys who are never ina relationship treat/ look at a girl diff then aftr they are not a virgin. Like more sincere or something

You should just go with her for like one or two dates and c if u like her
You'll eventually find the right one, u just have 2 b patient

If you're not comfortable dating her then don't, there is nothing wrong with that. And if you want to try it, do it, theres nothing wrong with trying something new.
