YOu need to consult your physician. I would think medications would be the best rout and then while under the influence of them (and with the aid of your physician) then try to retrain your bladder...

I wouldnt wear adult diapers cause you might get too dependent on them, like everyone else said, go see a doctor, he'll let you know whats best.
