If you can use it- it's not too small- plus it will get bigger over the next few years but you wouldn't be considered 'medically small'- plus if a girl likes you it wouldn't matter- it will oly affect you if you are negative about it- which there is no reason to be because it's a perfectly normal size- so be confident! :)
