Umm, I have never been to a gynecologist or had a pap smear or anything. And I never will, as far as I'm concerned. No one needs to be all up in my business like that. The experience would most likely drive me to tears, especially if it was a male doctor. I don't know how I'm ever going to have kids because of my fear of that.

Female doctors. I don't care what anyone says about how male doctors aren't there for that and to get over it.
Having a guy that's not my boyfriend be all up in my private areas is out of comfort zone regardless.

I go to a female gyno and I can't imagine that I'd ever be comfortable having a male one. Both my physician and endocrinologist are men and even that makes me a bit uncomfortable at time.

My doctor is male and its not so bad. i'm not totally weirded out by it.

i guess a female would be better, but i live in a small town and options are limited. ur lucky to even have a family doctor.

I have a male pediatrician, and I'm actually ok with it. It was a little embarrassing the first couple years I was in puberty, but I've gotten used to it. He's actually a really good doctor, so I'm not embarrassed during exams anymore.

i used to have male doctors but when i got mature and started going through puberty i was so uncomfortable with male doctor so i switch to females doctors.

Female! I couldn't imagine. I have a really prominent clit and lips - I mean like really and I thought I did something bc I was jillin' too much - lol - My mom even thought something myte be wrong. But the doc told me that I was fine - I don't think I would have asked about it if my doc was a guy.

I can't stand male doctors. No offense to them but I don't need some random 50 year old guy who was randomly assigned to me checking out down there. Its truly terrifying to think about!! I mea, the guys usually get a male doctor for their things to get checked so I'm all for a female doctor.
