Ive lately and not normal for me at all to but Ive been having so many flashbacks of things... nothing good. One of them is cutting... Im a little worried and Im mostly scared of them really... I havent told anyone but Im not sure Im confused and worried :(

School isnt for a couple of weeks... ehh!! But not its basically anything... anything from TV to people talking... It will set it off and as much as I want to get away from it I cant!

yeah I know what you mean. I'll get some bad flashbacks in class and stuff. People are like,"you okay?" no. not at all. i don't know how to help myself, much less help someone else.sorry dude..

What sort of flashbacks and how does it affect you? if you don't want to say then its okay. I have flashbacks a lot, of things that happened in the past. Its not just thinking about it, its like you are really there and its happening again. Is it something like that? I have some things i do to try and deal with it, but maybe its different for you and won't work.i don't want to type out a whole load of stuff if it isn't going to be helpful to you. (sorry this kind of sucks as a reply. but let me know if u think i can help)

Its not just thinking about it, its like you are really there and its happening again. Is it something like that? I have some things i do to try and deal with it, but maybe its different for you and won't work.i don't want to type out a whole load of stuff if it isn't going to be helpful to you. (sorry this kind of sucks as a reply. but let me know if u think i can help)
Kind they are... its basically just remembering and sometimes seeing what happened go down. And it gets triggered easily too. And yeah its like you described actually... Im open to anything right now if It maybe could help!

I think the main thing is avoiding whatever triggers them. But if its easily triggered then thats not going to be so easy. These are some things that work for me. (sometimes. not found the perfect solution yet) Elastic bands. i don't like them on my wrist, usually i have them somewhere between my wrist and elbow. If you start to feel a flashback start, elastic band yourself like crazy. it hurts so it kind of distracts you away from it. This will sound completely lame, but its my best one for minor bad thoughts that come up. Basically you just blow your breath out really hard. idk why, but it works pretty well. i also carry a ton of stuff around with me in my pockets. Lucky charms, weird and random objects that have some kind of meaning to me, notes that people have wrote me, notes that i've wrote myself. Mostly i wear combats so i can transport a ton of stuff around in all the pockets. i dunno, just having all the stuff makes me feel safer. Um.... i'm sure there are other things but nothing comes to mind right now.
Maybe you should speak to someone about it in real life if its really affecting your life badly?

Heck I could give it a shot! And Ive sorta talked bout it with my girlfriend... but other than that and here I havent with anyone, I could find someone and do that.
