Okay, so I am perfectly fit! I am in the healthy weight range, I work out like every other day (sometimes every day), and I am a skinny guy (not ectomorph guy, but a mesomorph guy.) Point is, I have a good healthy body. But I workout a lot, especially trying to work the abs, but they seem to never come. I mean I only got the outlines of them, and every time I work on them they never seem to become rip. ( I have been working on them for a couple months) So I can see them and they are flat and outline, but how do I make them really rip? And also how can I get a flatter chest? I don't like the tiny tiny bit of fat or whatever is on my chest. I want it to be like completely flat, but don't know how to do that! Thanks you guys!

Work them twice a week with high reps like at least 15 reps each set. Each healthy and do cardio to lower bf% in order for them to show through. Some of it is genetics and you may have to work extra hard to get them to actually begin showing through more. You need to do high reps for abdominal muscles since they are endurance muscles much like your legs.

if u want the pop for ur abs u gotta do heavier weight so u build muscle there, like doing situps with a dumbell on ur chest for like 4 sets of 8, so at 8 u feel like u wanna die. also if ur saying u have fat on ur chest and ur saying ur abs arent good thats kinda the huge thing. if u have fat on ur chest no way in hell is ur abs gonna be ripped. ur abs are pretty much the last place to lose fat. also, u cant spot reduce fat in certain places. u gotta dig down, eat healthier and do more cardio and only time will tell.

Where you getting info man, high reps low weight is way better. You don't work endurance muscles (abs and legs) with only 8 reps. You gotta do weight that you can do at least 12-15 reps with or more. Those reps are what build the muscles not the weight you use.

Well, I don't think it's fat in the chest, it's just not flat like I wish it would be!
