That's actually possible, if for some reason you get an imbalance of healthy (or non-healthy) germs, your body could get sick.

It doesn't have to be something foreign to the body. For example, an excess of water in your body can and will kill you, or Vitamin C as well. Now to accomplish that you'd need alot of it, but these nutrients can kill you if there is too much in your body.

As for getting AIDS from oral sex, that's very possible. You said it yourself, blood ===> blood. If there is a cut in your mouth and blood (or semen) coming from the penis and one of the participants has AIDS, it is possible for the other to receive it.

1. You cannot receive AIDS from yourself.

2. You can receive AIDS from fellatio (that is, with another person).

If you get HIV, it's possible to get AIDS.
Therefore, it's possible to get AIDS from having sex (oral or not).

As for that question, the answer is no. You can't give yourself something you don't already have.

If it were with another person, the answer is yes. Please, don't misinform him or try to confuse him. Regardless of any of your information on HIV (which seems for the most part to be true), it is possible to get AIDS (whether or not it be a prolonged process doesn't matter) through oral sex with a different person.
