Alright, I'm going to start from the beginning. I'm 14 years old. Just two months ago something strange happened. I stayed awake for around 23 hours then something happpened. I just felt so exhausted even to eat. I started shaking and my jaw was clattering and my legs couldn't stop shaking. It took a bit of time but I eventually fell asleep. I haven't been quite the same since. It's gotten just these last few days. My feeling of hunger has changed, and I feel anxious a lot. I have also gotten a lot more emotional. I was watching a tv show and something sad came up. Usually I could care less but this time I came really close to crying. I have also had more of a foggy headspace lately, and I've been really forgetful, like leaving the front door open. I've been having trouble sleeping too. I feel like I'll go crazy by the time I hit 20 years old. It's terrible. I've also been constipated really badly lately. I was around 124.4 pounds three days ago and I'm 121. This sudden change is really scaring me. Going to sleep is terrible, and I start thinking about all sorts of bad things like going insane, and things like that. I really want to live out my life. I spend all day on the computer, and I don't really go outside. I'm moving to a new state by august 27th. I really want to know what's wrong with me and if there's anything I can do. Also, music has been overwhelming lately and I used to listen to music all the time, but now it's making me really anxious. So if there's anything I can do then please tell me. Thanks in advance.

I don't think anything is wrong with you. Just relax a little and it'll all be fine.

And yeah, I know the feeling of not being able to sleep. I finally got to sleep yesterday, it was nice.

And yeah, I'm on the computer a lot too.

Maybe you should get out more. Like hang out with friends, get a beer, smoke a bit (if you don't smoke, don't start). If you don't have friends then go out and run a bit. It helps clear the mind.

You definitely need to have a deep talk with your family about this. You need to figure out why you stayed up for that 24 hours two months ago. Then maybe you can figure out what is causing all this. You need to talk to someone though. It isn't healthy to be losing weight that quick. And since you're just sitting around that is really unusual. You might need some professional help, but like I said just tell your parents first. Good luck.
