Hey guys. I just checked my BMI and it says that I am 17.6. I'm 6 foot tall, 14 years old, but I am not sure if this means that I am underweight. I eat pretty well (take vitamins every day, eat fruits/vegetables and meat, don't really eat much at breakfast), but I usually get full very easily and don't eat huge portions. At my age, is this a healthy weight? I'm really skinny, but I have really been like this since I can remember. I have a ridiculously fast metabolism, such that I can lose weight almost overnight and it's kind of scary.
Thoughts?

But breakfast is the most important meal of the day. They say breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, then get smaller and smaller.

Aha, for me it is basically the exact opposite. I don't eat much during breakfast, but have larger meals as the day goes on. I really do not like breakfast, I am never hungry, and breakfast foods are somewhat disgusting to me :).
I still eat something in the morning though.

Well, the important question is do you want to put on weight? You should care about how you feel and look, not what some chart says about you.
If you do, you will need a calorie surplus.

I'm not exactly sure that will work though. My body is really crazy, I can one day start eating like crazy but if I don't keep it up every day then I would lose all of it.
And like most people, I don't really want to gain fat :D. Maybe a bit more, but pure fat is not a pleasurable ideal :D.
I could try.

17.6 seems a little bit high but not too bad it just means less muscle. EAT EAT EAT more at all meals, and always have a big breakfast or at least a moderate sized one.

17.6! Bro you're fine, thats actually in the normal range. If you want to gain weight, Imd suggest weight training, and add to that a high amount of protein.
Im technically very underweight, however with my metabolism and workout regiment my body fat and weight is acceptable. I am healthy, I just cannot gain weight.
