Request: Soundcloud Players

I am a musician, and considering how much traffic and views my threads and replies get, I'd really like to embed a Soundcloud player in my signature. I'm sure there are many others on this website who would appreciate this as well.

I honestly don't think it's needed, especially since you out a link to (I'm assuming your) soundcloud in your sig anyway.

The link requires people to leave this website and go to some Soundcloud page that might not even be any good (hopefully mine is :D). An embedded Soundcloud player would allow people to listen to music while staying on the page. I just think it's a feature that wouldn't be very hard to add, so they might as well.

I think it's extremely unnecessary.
1) What relevance does it have to the site?
2) There is not a strong demand for this, this isn't primarily a music sharing website.

There's a reason why we don't allow external images in signatures(apart from the sigpic and smilies), and we frown upon youtube videos embedded in signatures. A soundcloud player will only slow down the page loading time(for us, anyways), and is absolutely irrelevant to VT. A link is more than enough.
