I use to play soccer but now I play football. I don't know what to where for underneath my pants shold I where compreshen shorts, underwere, what do I where and any tips o the game I have practice tonight and I'm super nerves

You wear what's called a girdle underneath the pants because it can hold your cup. Just relax when playing and turn it into something fun not stressful. It is just practice so make sure to talk to your coaches and ask them anything you need to get you ready for a game. That is what the coaches are there for.
