Well, i can't link you to any direct sources. However i've watched my fair share of the science channel, and currently doctors are able to recreate a working organ from stem cells. In the next 20 years i don't think you'll have any problem getting a transplant.
Soon we won't even need organ donors, we'll be able to create them ourselves. :)

Lung transplants have been around for a while now. So what is the point of the post, to say a company will start transplanting? Lol

Organs will not need a donor.
Infact, just a slice of a patients organ is enough.
There will be something called Organ Printing.
It is exactly what it sounds like. A printer which prints each cell in to a desired shape or form you want.
